Agenter Orthodontics Getting their PINK ON!!!
Hooray to a wonderful start to fall! This time of year we are enjoying the crisp weather, football, a warm sweater and maybe a pumpkin spice latte (YUM). There's something else we are doing starting in October at Agenter Orthodontics, getting our PINK on! October is marked by Breast Cancer Awareness and we are all in!
Pink Ribbon Girls and Agenter Orthodontics
Agenter Orthodontics wants to share how we put into practice our vision of serving our community inside and outside of our walls. We have come along side the Pink Ribbon Girls to support families affected by breast cancer. Pink Ribbon Girls is a local organization that helps ease the minds of individuals and families affected by breast cancer. They offer free healthy meals, housekeeping, transportation and peer support for woman and their families fighting the battle. Get Braced for Breast Cancer Awareness
In the month of October we will be promoting, "Get Braced for Breast Cancer Awareness." Agenter Orthodontics will be auctioning a full comprehensive orthodontic treatment on Facebook with all proceeds benefiting the Pink Ribbon Girls. How do you place a bid? It's simple, just send our Agenter Orthodontics Facebook page a private message with your bid beginning on October 1st, in response to our "Get Braced for Breast Cancer Awareness" post. You will be updated daily if someone out bids you. Opening bid is $2,000. This is available for adult and child patients (excludes Invisalign and must start treatment within one year or by 11.1.2016). Be sure to share with your friends this great opportunity to support those affected by breast cancer and score a great deal on braces. Bidding starts October 1st through October 31st.
Also note, in the Lebanon, Ohio community we have partnered with Bryan Hoying and Lebanon Ford. They have a similar mission and vision of building into the community by making a positive transforming impact. Bryan will be donating $200 to the Pink Ribbon Girls for every vehicle bought in the month of October. Way to go Lebanon Ford and Bryan Hoying!!! Make sure to come visit us in Lebanon for their PINK game on Friday, October 16th at Lebanon High School.
How can you get involved?
How can our patients and families get involved and show their support for those affected by breast cancer locally? We have a great idea! First, make sure to attend the local PINK football games, buy your supporting t-shirt and find ways to serve those families touched by breast cancer. In our office, you can easily show your support by wearing PINK to your appointment this October and by requesting PINK elastics/ties. You will be rewarded by getting two extra stamps in your Agenter passport book. Dr. Mike and the team will be wearing PINK on Tuesday's and Thursday's plus be sporting some fun PINK gloves (we may have PINK mask too...lol.) Let's smile PINK, shine BRIGHTLY and show SUPPORT.
